Constitution and Bylaws. Brenda Jeffers brought the constitution and bylaws to be signed, but Bonnie Bittner had spoken with Dave Elgin and he had some revisions. Brenda attempted to reach Dave by phone, but was unable to contact him. The signing of the constitution and bylaws was put on hold until Dave could be contacted.
Water Display. The group discussed the design for a water awareness display. It was decided that each member should bring ideas and information to the March meeting and compose a mock-up of the display. We need to know who is the target and what age group we are reaching out to. Fred Padget suggested the topic of “Where Does Our Water Go?” Blair Borries volunteered his information for the water display.

Monica Freeman stated the need to know specifics, such as: What does the organization want to do with the grant money? Why is the organization qualified to present this information? What makes this important enough to receive a grant? In order to write a grant proposal, criteria need to be set.
